This eight-hour class is designed to help you and your partner prepare for your birth experience. Topics include development of a birthing plan, how to know when you are in labor, comfort techniques, labor positioning, stages of labor, labor variations, delivery of your baby, pain relief options, and care of mother after delivery. We’ve ‘bundled’ Baby Care Basics, Breastfeeding Basics and Infant CPR into a one-day class. 

Class is from  9am – 4pm.  Parents will have time to take a lunch break in the middle of the day.
