How to Address Concerns About Quality of Care and Services
For Inpatient Concerns
Step 1: Speak with Your Healthcare Team
If you have concerns about the quality of care or services during your stay, we encourage you to first speak with a member of your healthcare team—such as your nurse, physician, or case manager.
If the issue remains unresolved, you may request to speak with the charge nurse, department manager, or department director. During evenings or weekends, please contact the hospital operator to be connected with a nursing supervisor.
