SMH-Sarasota Campus: To connect with a patient advocate at Sarasota Memorial Hospital-Sarasota Campus, call 941-917-1311, email firstname.lastname@example.org or request that an advocate come to your hospital room. Patients and families are also welcome to stop by the Patient Advocacy office (first floor of the hospital, near the C elevators) any time between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Note that in-person patient advocate visits to patient rooms are only available at the SMH-Sarasota Campus.
