SMH to Operate Medical Village at 2017 World Rowing Championships

Sarasota Memorial has been selected as the official healthcare provider for the 2017 World Rowing Championships. The SMH Medical Village, which will include tents for athletes and spectators, will be staffed with board-certified Emergency Medicine physicians from Sarasota Memorial’s Emergency Care Center, as well as experienced SMH nurses and specialized athletic trainers.

Dr. Alexander J. Bajorek, MD, joined First Physicians Group's physiatry team on Aug. 14, providing inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services for people recovering from brain and spinal cord injuries, stroke and other neurological, orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
