Know your risk! Join HealthConnection to learn about fall risk reduction. We will provide accurate and individualized balance and fall risk assessments for each participant. Attendees will receive a copy of their personal fall risk assessment results, as well as recommendations for risk reduction.

Our events are free and open to the Public, but Reservations are required as seating is limited.
