Most falls can be prevented, yet falls are the leading cause of injuries among Americans age 65+. Join us in HealthConnection for this lecture series to learn how to reduce the risk of falls and related injuries.

Creating a Safer Home
Wednesday, Nov. 20, 10 – 11:30 am
Join the SMH Rehabilitation team for a free balance assessment, plus learn about common fall hazards in the home and how to remedy them. The team also will discuss how our senses affect our balance. A Q&A will follow.
