Join the experts at SMH to learn two life-saving skills: hands-only CPR and how to use an AED, or automated external defibrillator. After this training, you’ll not only be able to recognize cardiac arrest in the moment, but also know how to respond quickly.
 
Our events are free and open to the Public, but Reservations are required as seating is limited.
