We’re excited to share that Sarasota Memorial Health Care System has migrated to a new patient portal called MyChart.

MyChart is here to make it easier for you to access your health information and stay connected to your care.

What am I Going to Learn?

In each of these sessions, we will show you how to set up a MyChart account, view test results and visit summaries, schedule and manage appointments, message care teams, manage medications, check-in before appointments, access medical records, and more.

How Do I Sign Up for MyChart?
