Cardiac Athletic Screening for Adolescents (CASA)

Sarasota Memorial Health Care System and All Children’s Specialty Physicians, collaborate to host free CASA events for student athletes, ages 12 to 18.

Are you a student athlete (or the parent of one)?

The heart is the body’s hardest working muscle. Take advantage of this free assessment before tryouts or after starting a sport. It’s easy and painless – just a questionnaire, EKG and blood pressure check. A pediatric cardiologist reviews results immediately and will discuss any need for further testing.
