A series of 4 classes designed to help individuals and care partners to manage early stage memory loss through research-based exercises. Classes offer strategies that help exercise the brain, create healthy habits through organization and improve function in daily life.
Facilitated by: Danielle Valery, BS, CDP, Program Manager at the Memory Disorder Clinic & First Physicians Post-Acute Services at Sarasota Memorial Hospital, and Paula Falk, CTRS, CDP, Caregiving Services Advisor at Senior Friendship Centers
