Join Sarasota Memorial’s physicians and healthcare professionals in HealthConnection. Located on the hospital’s first floor, HealthConnection is a unique, welcoming space that offers informative health and wellness events.
Mind & Body Connection
Use it or Lose it! This class will take participants through a series of mind and body exercises to keep our mind and body active! Separated into four 15-minute increments, classes begin with a 10-minute total body movement series, followed by two brain booster sessions, and wrap up with an overview of SMH and community services.
All HealthConnection events are free and open to the public. RSVP is requested, but not required, as seating is limited.
