School is nearly back in session!  Join SMH HealthFit mindfulness expert, Noelle Pinto, to learn about the benefits mindfulness practice has on kids' behavior and performance in school and at home.  We will practice some mindfulness techniques and share how you can help your child successfully get back into the school routine.  (kids welcome to attend this lecture!)
