Stop the Bleed Training + Hands-Only CPR

Learn two life-saving skills in less than an hour from SMH experts: how to stop severe bleeding and hands-only CPR. Through this course, you’ll gain the ability to recognize life-threatening bleeding, cardiac arrest, and intervene effectively. The person next to a bleeding or cardiac arrest victim may be the one who can save them. Take the course and become empowered to make a difference!
