A support group for people with Parkinson's and their care partners to share resources and tips to help you on your journey with Parkinson's.
Facilitated by Ellen Schaller, Care Advisor from Neuro Challenge Foundation for Parkinson's, and Wanda Jackson, CHAM, a care coordinator from Sarasota Memorial Health Care System.
Lead by Wanda Jackson, CHAM, care coordinator of SMH, and Ellen Schaller, Care Advisor, Neuro Challenge Foundation.
