Join our Conversation with the Experts at HealthConnection located on the hospital first floor. It’s a comfortable setting for free, informative talks by Sarasota Memorial’s own physicians and health care professionals.

During this session, an exercise physiologist from SMH HealthFit will lead a demonstration of both their InBalance and Balance & Stretch classes, which teach exercises and techniques that provide balance conditioning for everyday activities and decrease your fear of falling. We will be up and moving around, so come dresses for activity!
