Personal Fall Risk Assessment

What are your risks of falling? Join us for fall risk reduction education and your personal fall risk assessment, using the state-of-the-art BTrackS technology. The Balance Tracking System (BTrackS™) utilizes “Gold Standard” force plate technology to provide accurate and reliable balance and fall risk assessments. Each participant will receive a copy of their personal fall risk assessment results and recommendations.

There is no charge to attend, but Reservations requested as seating is limited. Free and open to the Public
