Ingredients:

1 Cup Pineapple (fresh or frozen)
1 Cup Baby Spinach
4 Ice Cubes
3/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder (or 1 serving protein)
1 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed

Preparation

  1.  Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
