Sept. 20  (12-1) - Tai Chi-inspired exercise and movement class,

with tips to improve balance, flexibility and concentration.

Join our Conversation with the Experts at HealthConnection located on the hospital first floor. It’s a comfortable setting for free, informative talks by Sarasota Memorial’s own physicians and health care professionals.

There is no charge to attend, but Reservations requested as seating is limited. Free and open to the Public
