Avocado Toast

Yields: 1 portion
Total prep & cook time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

Sprouted Wheat bread
4 oz. of Avocado
4 slices of Tomato 
4 slices of Cucumber
4 oz. Asparagus
2 oz. by volume sprouts, alfalfa


Preparation

  1. To assembly, toast wheat bread and cut in ½ into a triangle 
  2. Spread 2 oz. of avocado on each slice
  3. Alternate cucumbers and tomato slices on each of the two halves of bread
  4. Top with the sprouts
