Sprouted Wheat bread
4 oz. of Avocado
4 slices of Tomato
4 slices of Cucumber
4 oz. Asparagus
2 oz. by volume sprouts, alfalfa
Preparation
- To assembly, toast wheat bread and cut in ½ into a triangle
- Spread 2 oz. of avocado on each slice
- Alternate cucumbers and tomato slices on each of the two halves of bread
- Top with the sprouts
