10-11AM - Your Weight Matters: Learn how your weight affects your overall health. Our experts will provide tips to improve daily habits and make healthy food choices. SMH's Linda Adams, Registered Dietitian, Rodica Vasilescu, ARNP, and Stella Nichols, RN, will offer eye-opening information.

11AM-12 Noon - Diabetes Management: Whether you are at high risk for diabetes or have diabetes, hear great tips and info on the best way to manage your symptoms and how to make small lifestyle changes which can have a big impact. Linh Gordon, RN, SMH Diabetes Nurse Educator.

12 Noon - 1PM - High Blood Pressure (Hypertension) Does WHAT? You know that thing you keep ignoring. Learn how high blood pressure affects your heart health. SMH Nurse Practitioner Nina D'Andrea, and Terri Viera, RN, will teach you steps to take to manage your BP and to help you feel surprisingly better. There will be a Spanish translator available for this talk.
