Are you or someone you know suffering from depression or anxiety? We invite you to learn from an SMH-expert what the signs, symptoms and causalities of depression and anxiety can look like. During this course, you will gain strategies and coping skills to create a mental equilibrium and to minimize the effects of these conditions, leading you to a healthier and more productive life!
