Join our experts in HealthConnection, located on the hospital’s first floor, for free, informative talks led by Sarasota Memorial’s physicians and other health care professionals.

Sunset Yoga - Join us for sunset yoga in the Sarasota Memorial Hospital Courtyard! A HealthFit Group Exercise instructor will lead the group in gentle, relaxing yoga poses and a guided meditation. The session will end with a nutritious snack prepared by an SMH registered dietitian. We welcome all skill levels, including those who’ve never done yoga before!
