Ingredients
- 1 bag semi sweet dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- Flake sea salt (optional)
Preparation
- Melt chocolate in microwave safe dish or double broiler
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper and make 13 small circles of melted chocolate on parchment lined baking sheet
- Combine cranberries and pumpkin seeds, and evenly distribute cranberry pumpkin seed mixture on chocolate. Drizzle remaining chocolate over clusters
- Top with flake sea salt if desired
- Refrigerate 30 minutes or until chocolate hardens. Store in air tight container.
