Convenient laboratory testing is available at Waldemere Medical Plaza on the 2nd floor, suite 203. Blood draws (phlebotomy) are on a walk-in basis. You must have a valid order from your physician. To verify coverage, please call your insurance provider.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
