Safe exercise for people of all sizes.

Facilitated by a licensed physical therapist.

This exercise class is unique due to it's philosophy and goal to make fitness a convenient and efficient part of everyday living.  People tend to continue activity they enjoy so much effort has been made to make all the exercises self regulated so that the participants can feel they are working at their own pace and not being pushed.  We have the intent of teaching individuals a program they can perform at home, work or traveling with no complicated equipment needed.  The specific exercises have been chosen by a Physical Therapist so that they focus on mild progressive cardio, strength and postural improvement.  All sizes and ages of people are welcome.

Specific goals of the Program:
  1. All exercise is standing or sitting (No need to get down on the floor)
  2. Postural extension is emphasized to retract the shoulders and neck, but individual  specific postures are addressed
  3. Circuit Training Stations are used for mild progressive work to the heart and lungs
  4. Theraband (similar to a bungi cord) and body wt is mostly used for strengthening so that all the exercises can be duplicated at home
  5. Most Importantly!  We stress that consistency and enjoyment of exercise is of utmost importance.
