Personal growth, peer support and encouragement - -focused awareness and professional
guidance are the elements of our outpatient growth groups. The groups are
designed to give participants practical skills and new outlooks for managing
some of life's challenging issues. These groups offer quality mental health
services at affordable rates.
Transforming the Self: Women in Transition
Wednesday evenings, from 5:30-7:00PM, ongoing
As part of the group, participants will gain fresh insights about
themselves, grow and develop emotionally, gain self-confidence, and find inner
peace and greater contentment with the world. Fee: $20 per session.
Early Intervention Growth Group
Tuesdays, from 4:00-5:00PM
This group is designed to assist individuals in identifying substance
abuse problems as well as learning to cope and overcome early addiction. The
course meets DUI requirements and provides a less structured environment for
those in need of education and early intervention. Fee:$20 per session.
Special Groups
Senior Adult Group Therapy
Thursdays, from 9:30-10:30AM
This weekly group therapy session offers support and guidance to
senior adults struggling with stressful issues such as depression, anxiety
and grief issues related to growing older. Learn to deal with personal issues
such as aging through group interaction. Fee: covered by Medicare and most
other insurances.
Looking at Life as a Senior Adult
Monday-Friday, from 9:00AM-2:30PM
Supportive, caring groups for senior adults who are experiencing
difficulties related to the aging process, including depression, anxiety and
grief. Transportation is available and a lunch is provided. Fee: treatment
is covered by Medicare and most insurance plans.
