Bayside Individual & Group Therapy

Whether your issues are best addressed in a private or group setting, therapy sessions at Bayside are conducted by licensed and certified professionals and are designed to help you achieve your maximum personal growth. Half-hour and hour sessions are available for individual therapy. Groups range from 1-2 hours depending on the group's needs.
