To receive payment for services or goods purchased from Sarasota
Memorial Health Care System, the vendor financial information packet
must be completed and forwarded to:

Vendor Compliance:
We are committed to providing the best patient care available to our
patients. As a healthcare industry representative you are an integral
part of this process and it is a priority of ours to ensure that we,
and our vendors, are compliant with hospital policy and JCAHO
standards.
 We
have partnered with Status Blue in order to help the continued
document and approval process. Status Blue provides an internet based
service that will allow our vendors to navigate our compliance goals
in an efficient, easy and comprehensive manner. All vendors are asked
to go to www.status-blue.com, sign-up and begin completing your profile and
submitting the required compliance documentation for our review.
You will be required to enter the HOSPITAL CODE: SMH07 when registering
with www.status-blue.com.
Please be aware that strict adherence of this new process will be
enforced. Failure to register with www.status-blue.com and fulfilling compliance requirements will
result in automatic revocation of current visitation and selling
privileges. All requirements must be completed by May 31st,
2007 to remain an approved Sarasota Memorial Health Care System
vendor.
