Planned giving is the process of arranging a charitable gift that fits well with your own financial and family situation. In many cases, the right planned gift may enable you to achieve a significant estate or financial planning goal while making a substantial gift to the Healthcare Foundation.
There are many types of planned gifts. For a quick overview of the many types of planned gift arrangements in plain English, please see our Ways to Give page.
The Healthcare Foundation is building its endowment fund to ensure that it will always be able to properly support Sarasota Memorial Hospital and other healthcare organizations in the local community. Since its founding in 1976, Sarasota Memorial Healthcare Foundation, Inc. has provided more than $48 million in grants to help keep Sarasota at the leading edge of medical technology. A planned gift is an excellent way to make your investment in the Foundation's Endowment Fund.
