After nearly 25 years in our former location, we have moved our business office from 1838 Waldemere Street to 1515 South Osprey Avenue in Building B in the Pine Tree Center at the northeast corner of Waldemere Street and South Osprey Avenue. This new office will allow us the opportunity to increase our programs and staff to better serve the entire community of Sarasota County in the future.
The seventh annual Key to the Cure private VIP party will be held at Saks Fifth Avenue on Thursday, October 16, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., and will be chaired by Veronica Brady, Chris Pfahler and Sally Schule. This party kicks off the four-day shopping event sponsored locally by Saks Fifth Avenue at Westfield Southgate and Mercedes-Benz of Sarasota. Over the past six years, Key to the Cure has raised nearly $400,000 to further women’s cancer research and related projects in the Sarasota/Manatee community.
Our signature Corinthian Gala is scheduled for Saturday, March 7, 2009, at the Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota. This black tie event, held every three years, is being chaired by Deb Knowles and co-chaired by Myrna Band.
