The groups are designed to give participants practical skills and new outlooks for managing some of life's challenging issues. These groups offer quality mental health services at affordable rates.

Transforming the Self: Women in Transition
Wednesday evenings, from 5:30-7:00PM, ongoing
As part of the group, participants will gain fresh insights about themselves, grow and develop emotionally, gain self-confidence, and find inner peace and greater contentment with the world. Fee: $25 per session.
