Help Fight Cancer
This year you can fight back against cancer by enrolling in the American Cancer Society's Cancer Prevention Research Study-3 (CPS-3).
By joining the study, you can help researchers better understand the genetic, environmental and lifestyle factors that cause or prevent cancer, which ultimately will save lives. Anyone 30- to 65-years-old never diagnosed with cancer (not including basal or squamous cell skin cancer) willing to make a long-term commitment to the study is encouraged to enroll. The study involves an initial survey of lifestyle, behavioral and other factors related to your health, a measurement of your waist circumference and a small blood sample, then periodic follow-up surveys to update your information. The enrollment period begins in February.
To pre-register and complete the survey in advance, visit: www.cancer.org/cps3florida
