Anti-Coagulation Clinic Grand Opening
The public is invited to the grand opening of a new outpatient specialty clinic Sarasota Memorial is opening in the Kobernick Anchin retirement community. The anti-coagulation clinic will help people on blood thinners safely manage their medications, including Warfarin sodium, Coumadin and Jantoven, and increase the amount of time their blood tests (INR) remain in the appropriate range.
