Wait To Lose Weight

In the beginning of an exercise program, the calories you burn from exercise are typically small enough that there is no weight change, but over time there are changes that allow you to burn more and more energy. Once you've reached the point of burning loads of calories, you find yourself in the terrific position of enjoying the freedom and ability to enjoy delectable indulgences, burn the excess energy off, and maintain a stable, healthy bodyweight. Sure it takes a little longer, but once you are there it is a great place to be.
