Patients and Caregivers are invited to learn about Heart Failure and share your challenges and experiences with the group.  Each month, an expert will present a different aspect of Heart Failure, followed by a group discussion.

The Heart Failure Support Group meets the third Thursday of the month, from 1 – 2 p.m.
